§ 1 Scope

These terms of use apply to the use of the ThinkRegio platform (thinkregio.de), operated by Fabian Hilscher. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

§ 2 Platform services

ThinkRegio provides a generally free search and information platform for regional businesses. The platform serves information and networking purposes. There is no claim to permanent availability.

Individual advanced features may be offered as optional, paid premium services. Prices and conditions are displayed transparently before any booking.

§ 3 User account

Registration is free of charge. You are responsible for the security of your account. Multiple accounts are not permitted. The account is not transferable.

§ 4 User-generated content

Insofar as you submit content (e.g. questions and answers, data correction reports, posts or reviews), you are responsible for it yourself. You undertake not to publish any unlawful, offensive or misleading content and not to infringe the rights of third parties.

ThinkRegio is entitled to review submitted content and to remove it without notice in the event of violations. You grant ThinkRegio the simple right to display your content within the platform.

§ 5 Points, loyalty cards and coupons

As part of optional features, you can collect points (gamification) and use digital loyalty cards and coupons of individual businesses. Collected points have no monetary value, are non-transferable and cannot be paid out. ThinkRegio may adjust or reset points in the event of misuse or technical errors.

Loyalty cards and coupons are offered by the respective businesses on their own responsibility and redeemed at their point of sale. ThinkRegio merely provides the technical tool for this; there is no claim against ThinkRegio for redemption, value or availability.

§ 6 User conduct

You may not use ThinkRegio for unlawful purposes. The automated extraction of content (scraping) is prohibited without permission.

§ 7 Liability

ThinkRegio assumes no warranty for the accuracy of business data. Information such as opening hours, prices and assortment may be outdated. We recommend asking the business directly before visiting.

§ 8 Termination and deletion of the account

You can delete your user account at any time via the account settings or by email to support@thinkregio.de. ThinkRegio is entitled to temporarily suspend or delete accounts in the event of violations of these terms.

§ 9 Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Changes are published on the platform. Continued use is deemed acceptance.

§ 10 Applicable law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for businesses is Mannheim.
